Since the establishment of the company in 2001, we strived to elevate and disseminate the health awareness through highlighting ways of selecting optimum body products.

We are also striving of providing international products selected by teams of consultants and physiotherapists, sales representatives and trained products specialists who know the customer’s needs and how to select a product that suits him.

Challenge

Proceeding from “ Back Comfort ” social responsibility and in view of their attention to serve the community in securing international innovations in body comfort field, they have expanded their geographical locations to include main cities in the Kingdom. Currently, they are working in increasing their distribution points to meet the customers’ demands and to serve them in a best and speedy way. Therefore, the need to have online stores connected with their physical point of sales become an urgent need to integrate all online & offline stores that widely spread in the Saudi Arabia kingdom so it’s important to have one central location for all stores data to control sales orders, products, items inventory, prices and shipping to keep the supply chain operations synced over all stores plus smooth & faster daily operations without any conflicts or sales orders overlapping, moreover the need to be available over the online channels and app stores to reach more customers segments to increase the sales and profits.

Solutions   

INTERNeT SOLUTIONS leaded by its chairman Eng. Bassel Zagzoog and the projects director Eng. Ahmed Abdel Fattah, they agreed to build the new e-store for “ Back Comfort ” with the one of the best and powerful e-commerce platform that powered by Adobe company in order to fit with the advanced project requirements. Therefore, INTERNeT SOLUTIONS developed the e-store based on Magento E-commerce platform with advanced custom addons for online orders, e-payment, shipping & configurable products as well as the development of sophisticated integration connector extension between the new Magento online store and BackComfort ERP system (Microsoft dynamics 365 operations & finance) that managing day to day business activity such as accounting, procurements and supply chain operations for all BackComfort stores, So this integration connector synced all the products items, items inventory, price list, sales orders, payments and shipping between Magento online store and Microsoft dynamics 365 operations & finance. with easy admin user friendly interface to manage the sync configuration & operations with the required sync logs.

Also, INTERNeT SOLUTIONS has developed and published the new e-commerce mobile app (Android / Iphone) to increase BackComfort products sales orders over the app stores with comfort way to purchase with variety of online payment method such as ApplePay, credit cards and Tabby/Tamara installments with multi shipping methods support such as Aramex, Naqla and SAMSA that available for all customers in addition of optimizing the Google search rank & Google Merchant presence of BackComfort products. Meanwhile, INTERNeT SOLUTIONS provided the required technical support via their experienced team that installed, configured & secured the online hosting server environment in addition to professional service level agreement after project published to keep on stable daily operations & performance for all apps aspects of mobile apps, Magento store, Microsoft dynamics 365 & app hosting services.
